This impeccable Cape was completed in June, 2011, and is set back on a wooded lot in Truro. This house is a gorgeous! It offers tasteful furnishings, upscale finishes, a large porch plus a deck, and a Bocci ball court outdoors. It has central air conditioning too! All floors are oak except for tile in all bathrooms. Main Level: Enter the foyer from the farmer’s porch. To the left is a nice sized den with a flat screen TV. Through the foyer one enters an open concept living and dining room with a cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace. To the right at the back side of this room is a spacious kitchen with tile floor, stainless steel appliances, and a Corian counter. Oversize sliders at the back the living room area lead to a large porch. A door from the porch leads to a deck. Bedroom 2 and a full bath are off to the right from the front side of this living / dining area. This bath has a tub with shower. A hall going off the dining area side (opposite side from kitchen and bedroom 2) of this room leads to master bedroom 1 with its own bath that has two sinks and luxurious tiled shower. A half bath is located in this hallway as is another short hallway that leads to the washer and dryer. Upper level: Stairs across from the master bedroom at the end of the hall lead to bedroom 3 with its own tiled bath with shower. There is a desk in this bedroom.

This delightful compound offers a private, idyllic get away. The grounds are lovely and secluded with tasteful furnishings and amenities. The house alone may be rented, or rent both the house and separate studio if a 4th bedroom is needed. If you rent only the house, the studio will not be separately rented. Add $1000 per week for the studio if you rent both. Enjoy an outdoor show, hot tub, and basketball hoop in the driveway. The outdoor shower is closed on three sides; the fourth side faces the woods. Main level: Enter from a farmer’s porch into a long, spacious great room. There is seating facing an entertainment center with a flat screen TV and wood burning stove. Beyond the entertainment area is a large farmer’s table that seats 8. The kitchen is in a wing across from the table. The upscale kitchen has granite countertops and a stainless steel stove. Two large sliders on the other side of the table open to a deck overlooking a raised fish pond and small waterfall enclosed by rocks. Beyond the table at the far end of this great room is a pool table. Near the entry is a passageway to a master bedroom 1 with its own tiled bath with a shower. There is oak flooring in the bedroom and fir flooring on the rest of this main level. There is also a half bath near the kitchen. Upper level: A carpeted stairway leads to bedroom s 2 and 3 and a full tiled bath with tub and shower. The bedrooms are carpeted and the bathroom has tile flooring. Basement: Stairs lead to a basement with a washer and dryer. Studio: Exterior stairs lead to a studio (bedroom 4) with a kitchenette (no oven), large table, desk, seating area and King Size bed. There is a bath with shower and linoleum flooring. Studio is air conditioned with ceiling fans, skylights and canopy covered outdoor seating area.

This home is one of our larger two bedroom rentals. The home is located at the end of a long driveway on the bay side of Truro, offering privacy, serenity and treetop views. A hammock is available for your enjoyment. Main Level: Enter to a small foyer through the door located on the right side of the house. There is a half bath on your immediate left. Proceed down a short hallway. The kitchen and dinning areas are on your left. A wood burning stove is in a portion of the dining area. Sliding glass doors from the dining area lead to an enclosed porch. A ceiling fan is between the kitchen and dining areas. To the right of the hallway are the living room (new couch in 2013) and stairs to the upper level. Wide plank, knotty pine flooring is throughout the entire home. The outdoor shower is on the far side of the home from the driveway. A small mud room with the washer and dryer is between the living room and the kitchen and dining areas. Upper Level: The two bedrooms and full bath with shower only are located on this level. Bedroom 2 has its own outside deck. The railings on this level have Plexiglas safety coverings.
