Sue Peters was born in Cleveland, Ohio and attended undergraduate and law schools at the University of Cincinnati. She considers herself fortunate to have lived in a variety of places and experience various cultures: Washington, DC; Tokyo, Japan; Kailua, Hawaii; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and finally, on Cape Cod where family members live.
Sue has been involved with real estate in various capacities for over 15 years as an owner, investor, and an advisor. She is an attorney and also worked in the tax and accounting fields, most recently for American Express. Sue is knowledgeable about Section 1031 exchanges and the intricacies of real estate transactions in general. Sue obtained her Real Estate license in 1998 and became an Accredited Buyer's Representative in 2003. In 2005 she earned her Brokers license.
In addition to handling sales, Sue manages our rental department, which is often critical to second-home buyers. Most important is the fact that she loves what she does. She finds it incredibly rewarding to listen to you and to be able to find you your ideal property.
