Born in North Truro, and educated locally, Larry then spent 40 years in New York. After graduating from Columbia College, he pursued a career in Trust & Estates and Personal Financial Planning at Chase Manhattan Bank and with two Wall Street law firms.
Presently back on his native soil and semi-retired - a difficult feat in real estate - he combines his business background with the knowledge of the Outer Cape's people and customs, including the special quirks of local law. Anyone buying property here needs to be led through the morass of Town, County, State, Federal, and National Seashore regulations. It helps to have Larry's solid technical background in financial matters and, recognizing how the requirements of one of these jurisdictions may complicate the outcome of a transaction, to know where in the various bureaucracies one can find the solutions to whatever problem is involved.
He has been certified by the Real Estate Training Institue of Charlotte, North Carolina as a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and welcomes the opportunity to offer that service to any interested buyers.
