This functional, well maintained, ranch style house is located in a quiet residential Eastham neighborhood. It is about a mile from Cook’s Brook bay side beach. The rooms are generously sized, making this a comfortable vacation home.
One Level: Enter into the house from the front door into a good sized living room with comfortable furnishings and lots of light. The TV is in this room. The eat–in kitchen is off of the living room with a large family style table that seats 6 – 7. The kitchen offers a lot of counter space. Off the kitchen is a large well furnished deck that looks into a lightly wooded back yard.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths off the hallway from the kitchen. A washer and dryer are found in one of the bathrooms. All flooring is linoleum.
